Dance Modules

Warm-Ups Short high intensity dance alongs that get your blood pumping. Pseudo-Ballroom All the basics of several ballroom dances, minus the partners. Aerobic Hip-Hop The foundation of the guided curriculum, these routines not only promote physical well being but also prepare students for more advanced techniques. Parent/Teacher Resources Guidance on how to implement the video series and motivate students to participate. Livestreams 30 minute lessons with Mr.Ex, LIVE! Every Wednesday! These lessons cover just about any of the dances offered and are devided by grade level.
